D. Rajasenan is the Hon. Director of the Centre for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy (CSSEIP), CUSAT. He is also the professor of Econometrics and Mathematical Economics at the Department of Applied Economics, CUSAT. He co-ordinated the American, (BCA) programme in CUSAT, the Netherlands SEPTRA programme of the Department of Applied Economics and European Union Asia-Link Project. He is also the member of various expert committees constituted by UGC including the Task-force for recommending Social Sectoral Allocation in higher education. Former Dean of the faculty of Social Sciences at CUSAT and a former consultant to the World Bank (STC)  on fishery Quality Standards, D. Rajasenan is the recipient of the DAAD fellowship (1993-94), Common Wealth Senior  Fellowship (1995-96) and Indo-Canadian Shastri Fellowship (1996-97).

Bijith George Abraham is PhD from the Department of Applied Economics, CUSAT and has secured 1st Rank for Master of Business Economics (2008) from the CUSAT. He has 9 years of research and teaching experience. He has more than 25 Research Publications in his credit. His areas of research interest includes Inclusive Development, Sustainable Development, Ecotourism, Migration, Poverty and Inequality, Socio-Economic Evaluation etc.

Rajeev B. is PhD from the Department of Applied Economics, CUSAT. He has 10 years of research and administrative experience. Prior to joining the Centre, he worked as Assistant Secretary in the Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He has more than 25 Research Publications. His areas of research interest are Social Exclusion and Inclusion, Fisheries Economics, Poverty and inequality, Sustainable development etc.
