6th of Dec 2018, from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm at Hindi auditorium-World Aids Day programme

Dear Sir,

In the backdrop of growing reports of people living with HIV in Kochi, Women’s Studies Centre and Dept of Applied Economics jointly organise an awareness cum discussion program, ‘’Think Positive, Stay Negative’’, on different aspects of HIV. The programme, conducted as part of World Aids Day, caters a rare opportunity for the public to hear straight from the mouth of an HIV positive personal, who faced the situation with unparalleled courage and indomitable faith. Mr. Johnson, the recovering person will explain both sides of the coin, based upon his life for the past 15 years, which would be an eye opener for us to realise not only what AIDS is and how to overcome it, but many other fatal diseases also.  The program also includes talk and doubt clearing sessions lead by Dr. Parvathi , Medical Officer, ART Centre, General Hospital, Ernakulam and Ms. Ashitha S, Assistant Professor (Clinical Psychology), AIMS, Kochi. The program is scheduled on 6th of Dec 2018, from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm  at Hindi auditorium, Dept of Hindi, CUSAT.
